Application Process
1. Choose your virtual office service package
2. DOWNLOAD the application form and fill in all the information 
3. ​Submit the application and send us all supporting document within 3 days​
4. After we received the application and relevant documents, the officer will contact with you within 1-2 days to confirm receive
    the application and information checking.
   *you will need to provide related Company and Company Director / Shareholder’s information for the due diligence process​

5.Once we confirmed the service content is acceptable, then settle the payment and provided the payment proof. After we
   confirmed the payment is succeed, your virtual office service can be effective on the next working day.

Basic Document Required:

1. For Company/NGO

a) Business Registration Certificate (BR);

b) Certificate of Incorporation (CI);

c) Article of Association (AOA);

d) New Corporation Form (NNC1) or Annual Return (NAR1); (If HK limited Company)

e) Significant Controllers Register (SCR)

f) Power of Attorney from Director / Proprietor for Service Application (If applicant is not the Director / Proprietor)

g) ID / Passport copy for each contact person

h) Address Proof within 2 month’s of each contact person
 

2. For an Individual (Personal):

a) ID / Passport copy

b) Address Proof within 2 months

Due Diligence
As of March 2018, company registration service providers in Hong Kong must conduct due diligence on all their customers to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. When the Registrar contacts you to verify the information/after completing the application procedures, you will receive an email asking you to provide the personal information of the relevant person, such as identification documents, passport and proof of address issued within 2 months.
